Flow is the secret ingredient that makes a dance feel natural, comfortable, musical, and expressive. In these workshops, you will explore how flow transforms movement from simply “doing patterns” into truly dancing with purpose. It will enhance your dance by incorporating smoother connection with dynamic and intentional movement.

The concepts covered will include flow, counter-flow, and flow breaks. While the bootcamp will focus on bachata, the concepts can be applied to all partner dances.
