Included with Studio Rental:

​

  • Use of the space

  • Use of stereo, iPod/MP3, and microphone compatible.

  • Mirrors, chairs, electric grand piano, wooden boxes, and fans.

  • Use of restrooms, one dressing room.

  • Use of lights, heating, air conditioning.

  • Use of the internet.

NOT Included with Studio Rental:

​

  • Front Desk Staff (available for an additional fee of $20/hour)

  • Supervision/Coordinator (available for an additional fee of $30/hour)

  • Liability (certificate of insurance required)

Rental Policy

​

  • Space may be booked by email, phone, or in person.

  • Rentals for events or classes require a signed contract and refundable security deposit of $100.

  • Space will not be reserved until the security deposit is received.

  • Full Payment must be received before gaining access to the rented space.

  • Those interested in renting the space for a re-occurring event (ex: yoga or non-UDC dance classes) must pay a rental fee at the beginning of the month.

  • Renter must cancel one week prior to the event in order to receive a full refund or credit (credit valid for future rentals within the next 6 months).

  • A signed contract / rental agreement is required.

  • Photo ID is required at the time of contract signing. The minimum age to rent space is 25 years of age. 25 and younger, please contact UDC for pending approval.

  • Youth events must have adequate adult supervision (25 years of age or older) approved by UDC.

  • All events must end by 12 AM and the building must be clear and locked by 1 AM. Exceptions must be approved by UDC.

  • No firearms or weapons are allowed in the building.

  • All events are drug-free. Absolutely no illegal narcotics are allowed.

  • The building is smoke and e-smoke -free. Event attendees can smoke outside.

  • Parties and music events will need a written security plan.

  • NO ALCOHOL policy is strictly enforced. Exceptions must be approved by UDC.

  • UDC reserves the right to shut down an event.


 
Rental Rates 

$35 an hour for Dance Artist Rehearsals
$45 an hour for non-Dance Artists rehearsals
$65 - $100 an hour for events depending on the size of the event
